Mission Statement: Saint Lucy’s Home provides a safe haven and comprehensive support for the homeless and marginalized. We meet basic needs, foster spiritual and personal growth, and enhance quality of life while promoting community involvement to sustain our mission.
Vision Statement: We envision a compassionate society where homelessness is rare and brief. Our goal is to lead in providing comprehensive care that empowers residents to live fulfilling lives with dignity and support while becoming the most efficient and welcoming care institution for the homeless in Saint Lucia.

- Dignity: We uphold the inherent dignity of every person, regardless of their circumstances.
- Integrity: We operate with transparency, honesty, and accountability in all that we do.
- Community: We foster a sense of belonging and mutual support among our residents, staff, and volunteers.
Objectives:
- To provide a home and shelter for those persons who are known to sleep on the streets, the homeless and marginalized.
- To give the residents a sense of self-worth and belonging
- To provide opportunities for the residents to be involved in activities which would boost their self-image and help them become more productive citizens.
- To promote a sense of togetherness and sharing within the home and wider community.
- To raise community awareness to the needs and care of the poor and deprived in the society and to emphasize the teaching: “We are our brother’s keeper”
